I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room had an amazing view over Mount Fuji and the bathroom was great. The onsen bathtub was a fantastic addition. The service was top-notch with staff who spoke excellent English and provided exceptional service. The location was perfect, close to the Gotemba Premium Outlets and convenient for exploring the area. The dining options were varied and included some delicious fish dishes. The facilities were superb, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
